with. president obama has just signed an emergency declaration that is freeing up resources, not necessarily money, but plows and crews to be able to come in and really help clear out the roads. back to you. >> thank you. . >>> travelers are getting some relief today after the massive snowstorm in the northeast cancelled more than 6,000 flights. early this morning airports across new york and boston began reopening. runways and resuming operations. even with plights resuming, airlines are still advising customers to call before heading out to the airport. most airlines have cancelled fees for any passengers who had to change their flight schedules because of that storm. things are getting back to normal after a few cancellations here at bay area airports. sfo is reporting no ground delays or cancellations. oakland had two jet blue cancellations last night but so far nothing today. san jose international is also not reporting any cancelled flights. >>> san francisco police are trying to figure out what led up to a crash that killed a bicyclist near at&t park around 9:30 yeste
